Refund and Returns Policy – Techly Free

1. Digital Products

Since most of our resources are digital (such as eBooks, online courses, templates, or downloadable materials), we do not offer returns once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and our team will resolve it promptly.

2. Subscription Plans

If you’ve subscribed to a Techly Free premium plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment—only if you have not accessed or used any premium content during that period. After this window, refunds are not available.

3. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments

In case of duplicate payments or accidental charges, please contact our support team at techlyfree@copg.in. Once verified, we will issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Free Resources

All free blogs, study materials, and learning resources on Techly Free are available at no cost. Therefore, they are not eligible for refunds or returns.
